  • WindTooK Blue Lightweight Hard Shell Luggage review

Going away in summer for long holidays with family and in need of few suitcases. My requirements were hardshell, bright colour and 4 wheels (smooth as possible) without spending a lot of money. WindTooK matched most of the demands.

I’ve decided to go with medium sized bag (24 inch) as the larger one is just on point with flight check-in baggage size demands, but don’t want to take the risk. Also ergonomically 24” appears to be a better size for me.

Built in TSA lock combined with good quality zipper closure makes the whole process of opening and closing lot easier than my previous suitcases. (Lava?) Blue colour really stand out and easy to spot in baggage conveyer belt. Nice dimpled pattern on the surface protects the outer casing from scratches.

Being a suitcase there is no outer pockets, even inside there is no large compartments to keep A4 or large documents, but 2 separate zipped compartments and a divider to sort clothes in 2 separate sections.
    Spinner Wheels & TSA locks
On both the sides there is a carry handle made of soft plastic. Retractable aluminium telescopic handle locks in 2 different heights - I preferred in short height setting. There are spinner wheels on  all 4 sides and each wheel has 2 separate wheels that rotates independently - I think that’s the secret of such a smooth movement on floor with just a touch.

+ Good quality Zipper & TSA Locks
+ 4 spinner Wheels with 2 individually rotating wheels on each corner wheel.
+ Bright Colour and dimpled surface to protect from scratches
    + Light weight

    - No place to carry A4 sized documents without opening main compartment

Overall great travel suitcase with many good features including decent quality body and smooth spinner wheels. Please do check out the pictures to have a closer look.
